When using the product, please note that there may appear to be some silicone cross-slits that have not been fully cut in the straw hole. However, rest assured that the silicone has indeed been cut to allow stainless steel straws to be inserted. To ensure the spring mechanism functions properly (which remains active after over 5000 flip tests), avoid leaving straws in the holes for extended periods.

USAGE & CARE

Before and after each use, hand wash all parts of the vessel. Some water or beverage may remain in the stainless steel straw after use. When filling vessels with boiling liquid, allow it to cool down with the lid off for at least 1 minute before attaching the lid. The pressure inside the vessel may increase, making it harder to remove the lid. If this occurs, open the lid cover once and then remove the lid set. Do not freeze or microwave the product, and keep it away from children to avoid biting or playing with the stainless steel straws.
